| Description | TIF funds used for historic façade enhancements and environmental remediation, streetscape and alley improvements, relocation of a generator, and other public improvements necessary in the redevelopment of a 16-story Sharp Building into a mixed-use building, including a combination of retail/office on the first floor and office, data center, and/or residential uses either in the form of condominiums or multi-tenant living area. The remaining floors of the Sharp Building will remain consistent with its historic character. |
