Description
TIF funds used for repair and replacement of deteriorated and dilapidated water, sewer and storm sewer mains to support both existing and future residential redevelopment. Funds will also be used to improve existing sidewalks and install new sidewalks where necessary, as well as to rehabilitate and resurface existing streets, new street lighting, landscaping, private driveways, access roads and parking areas in the redevelopment area.
